HUAWEI fasten its seat belts to get a leap in Mobile phones


Mobile war is on the market, which is mainly set by the Android OS, a lot of decent phones are coming in the market with good features, but still with a little high price range. Some of the good featured mobiles are going to be launched in India till the end of this year in lower budget, now in this war HUAWEI is also fasten its seat belts to come up with some of the good quality Android phones in decent budget. Here is a HUAWEI Ideos X5
which launched in April 2011 you can get it in price around 12,000-13,000 INR.
Lets checkout what this phones offers in such a price range.


OS :
Comes with Android 2.2 (Froyo), which can be easily upgradable to 2.3 (Gingerbread), you can multi-boot this phones using Cyanogen application you can download and install this ROM. It even can be rooted easily using inbuilt application z4root so no worries to upgrade.

Processor:
800 MHz Scorpion processor.

Memory: 512 MB RAM, Internal 2/4 GB storage.

Build Quality:
Looks like a really high quality phone, Aluminum body construction, feels really good in hands

Screen:
3.8'' with 480x800 pixel, capacitive multi-touch screen, which is very responsive.

GPU:
Adreno 205 GP, Quadrant and benchmark scores for a price of this range is awesome, you can play a lot of decent quality graphics games.

Camera:
This phone has two camera, one is at back which is a 5 Megapixel with LED Flash, can record up to 720p (Handsome quality), other one is a front facing camera which is VGA.

Speaker:
Main speaker is quite loud so you can hear videos with out putting earphones. Ear piece speaker is really loud which is very nice. Sound quality for the music to use in earphone is decent but not that much good.

Browser: Its very fast and responsive support Flash no issues in playing.

Network: Supports, GSM, 3G up to 7.2 Mbps, GPS, Wi-Fi can be used as a Hot-Spot so you can connect up to 8 devices with tis phones. (Wi-Fi hot-spot: Through which internet can be shared to other devices mainly in 3G network).
Phone can hold really good signal quality strength, and you will have no to few call drops even in very low signal area.

Battery: Li-Po 1500 mAh

Highly recommend this phone, but with a doubt in mind because of HUAWEI restricted services in India.
